Sara Borgegård Älgå — født i 1976
Julie Bach — født i 1979
De to armbånd
sensommerens overod. C.M.
Liv Blåvarp — født i 1956
pyntegenstande. K.A.B.
Sigurd Bronger — født i 1957
Bronger sine enkle, konstruktivistiske smykker. I 1990’erne introducerede
Linnéa Blakéus Calder — født i 1955
I projektet Your Trash My Treasure arbejder Calder med genstande, som
Materialerne
Sara Borgegård Älgå — born 1976
Within the works of Sarah Borgegård Älgå we can glimpse industrial
fragments and remains. Some details lead us to think of factories, service
shafts and silos. e jewellery can also be interpreted as an homage to
the aesthetics of modern technology and architecture, yet it also suggests
a reection on the same aesthetics’ inevitable demise. L.J
Julie Bach — born 1979
Julie Bach’s work is characterised by her quest to transform the multitudinous
stories of life into art. She experiments with dierent forms
of expression, in which she works with a range of materials. e two
leather bracelets come from a collection that was inspired by berries and
which venerates the abundance of late summer. C.M.
Liv Blåvarp — born 1956
A recurring motif in the work of Liv Blåvarp is her use of wood and
natural, organic forms. Blåvarp has developed a distinctive and personal
form of expression, in which a solid sense of form is combined with a
masterly ability to produce jewellery which is supple and obliging – both
as objects with a clear function and as ornamental objects. K.A.B.
Sigurd Bronger — born 1957
Sigurd Bronger rst presented his simple and constructivist jewellery
at his debut exhibition in the early 1980s. In the 1990s, he introduced
the ‘egg’ and ‘balloon’ forms into his works. An overall evaluation of
Bronger’s work over the past three decades could include words such as
construction, mechanics, surrealism and “buoyant” humour. K.A.B.
Linnéa Blakéus Calder — born 1955
In the project Your Trash, My Treasure, Calder takes objects that she has
found and makes plaster casts of them. She nds her materials on the
