Notes Find Patient… Displays the Select Patient window and searches
for appointments associated with the selected
patient. If a match is made, the appointment is
highlighted. If multiple appointments are found,
select an appointment from the displayed
Appointments window. If no appointments are
found, a message displays informing you. Pressing
CTRL+F also displays the Select Patient window.
Find Next Available… Displays the Find Next Available dialog box,
which enables you to schedule the patient in the
next available time-slot. Pressing CTRL+A also
displays the Find Next Available window.
Queue Patient… Displays the Queue Add dialog box, enabling you
to add the selected patient to the Queue. Pressing
CTRL+Q also adds the patient to the Queue.
Collect Co-Payment… Displays the Collect Patient Payment dialog box,
enabling you to record the collection of patient
co-payments. Pressing CTRL+Y also displays the
Collect Patient Payment window.
View Co-Payments… Displays the Patient Co-Payments window, where
all recorded co-payments are listed.
View Destination
Queue…
View Location
Schedule…
Displays the Department/Destination Queue for
the location of the highlighted appointment. If no
appointment is highlighted, or if the highlighted
appointment specifies neither staff nor location,
this option displays the Location Directory
window. Pressing CTRL+D also displays the
Department/Destination Queue window.
Displays the corresponding Location Schedule
window for the location of the highlighted
appointment.
View Staff Schedule… Displays the corresponding Staff Schedule
window for the primary staff member assigned to
the highlighted appointment.
View Patient Schedule Displays the Patient Schedule window (in
Condensed view) for the patient associated with the
highlighted appointment.
View Orders Displays the Orders dialog box for the patient
associated with the highlighted appointment.
