Notes Date Specifies the date of the appointment. The field
defaults to the date of the active schedule. This is
a required field.
Appointments Specifies the number of appointments to be
scheduled. This field defaults to 1. You can
increase or decrease the number of appointments
by pressing the arrow buttons.
Time Determines the time of the appointment. This
field defaults to the time of the active schedule.
You can highlight and overwrite this field. This is
a required field.
Duration Identifies the length of time allocated to the
appointment. This field defaults to the activity's
pre-defined time configured in the Procedure
Code dialog box. You can highlight and overwrite
this field. This is a required field.
Staff Specifies the staff member assigned to the
appointment. If the activity associated with the
appointment was configured to require a staff, the
system prevents you from continuing until you
complete this field.
Template If checked, displays templated activities available
to be scheduled.
Location Determines the location assigned to the
appointment. If the activity associated with the
appointment was configured to require a location,
the system prevents you from continuing until
you complete this field.
Alert Characterizes notes entered in the Comment field
as alert notes.
None Displays the note in the Comment column of the
various schedules.
Before Initially displays the note as a separate message when
you perform a function of that activity (that is, execute
Code Capture, select Chart/Capture from the Options
menu).
After Displays as a separate message after the patient’s
treatment or activity is complete.
