1. Click File | Notes….<br />
2. Click .<br />
Editing and Appending Notes<br />

2. Select the note type, then click .<br />
3. Right-click anywhere in the Patient Note window<br />
4. Click Append.<br />
5. Type in the appended note text, then click .<br />
