Composing New Mail<br />
1. In the Mail Messages window, click .<br />
These options are only available in the two Staff<br />
Outbox Views. Right-click anywhere in the Mail<br />
Messages window to display.<br />
Cancel - Removes the currently selected mail<br />
message from the message box.<br />
Purge - Select to delete all outbox entries older<br />
than one week and all read messages.<br />
Displays the Mail Message window, shown in Figure 25.<br />
