Notes Displays the Navigator Configuration dialog box, as shown in Figure 7.

ALL departments share the configuration settings;
therefore, modifying tab names affects ALL
departments.
The Navigator Configuration dialog box contains the following components.
Tab 1-5 Specifies the label to display on each summary
tab, maximum of eight characters each. Tab labels
are shared by all departments.
Automatically Lock New
Notes
Show Date/Time and
Staff Initials of Notes
Applies only to the currently logged-in staff
member and must be set for each ID by the user.
This checkbox indicates whether you want to
automatically lock new notes that you create;
otherwise, leave the box unchecked.

This checkbox indicates whether you want a
date/time stamp and your user initials to display
next to the notes you enter; otherwise, leave the
box unchecked.
3. Modify the label names for the Tab 1-5 fields, then click .
Displays the Information message box, shown in Figure 8.
