Notes The eCHART Navigator window contains the following features and
components.
Diagnosis Display Displays the name of the patient, his/her medical
record number, and age/date of birth, as well as
attending and referring physicians.
Note buttons Displays notes related to the tabs, which are
defined for a specific department. The default
tabs enable you to add notes about a patient’s
family, social, or radiological history. These are
configurable for your department.
Displays the main tab of the Flowsheet window,
from which you can view assessment, lab, or
other information about a patient. You must be
registered for eCHART for this button to be
active.
Displays the Assessment tab in the Flowsheet
window, from which you can view or change
assessment information on a patient.
Displays the Image List window, from which you
can view or change images for a patient.
Displays the patient’s Quality Checklist window,
from which you can view or change Quality
Checklist items for a patient.
Displays the Patient Schedule window, from
which you can view or change scheduled
appointments and activities for a patient.
Displays diagnosis information entered from the
Diagnoses and Interventions window. Clicking
displays the
Diagnoses and Interventions window.
Displays observation and medication orders, as
well as their status, for the last 14 days. Clicking
displays the Orders
dialog box.
Displays any eSCRIBE, eSCAN, or PhAST Note
documents related to the patient, as well as the
date and status of the documents. Clicking
displays the
Documents window.
