Viewing the Staff Schedule
1. Click Schedule.
2. Click Staff….
3. Click next to the Staff field.
4. Double-click Gannon, Joe F.
Creating an Appointment
1. Click Schedule | Staff….
2. In the Staff Schedule, click .
3. Click next to the Patient field, then double-click a patient (or a practice
database patient of your instructor’s choice).
4. Click next to the Activity field.
5. In the Group column, select the activity group.
6. In the Code column, double-click the activity.
7. Click in the Date field, then type the date of the appointment.
8. In the Appointments field, select the number of appointment by clicking .
9. Click in the Time field, then type the time of the appointment.
10. Click in the Duration field, then modify the length allocated for the appointment if
needed
11. Click next to the Location field.
12. Double-click the location.
13. Click .
