Group…
Displays the Resource Groups window, enabling
you to select another staff or location resource
group. Selecting a different resource group
changes the column headings in the appointments
section to the initials (staff) or abbreviations
(locations) of the resources in the selected
resource group
View Procedure Note… Displays any note attached to the procedure of
the selected appointment
Refresh Automatically reads the database and updates the
schedule
View Orders… Displays the Orders dialog box
Removing a Pending Appointment
The Pending Appointments window displays a list of all appointments with pending
status.
Pending appointments are created by approving a Care Plan, entering an ad hoc
Order, or by entering the appointment manually using the Appointment Slip. You can
display the corresponding Appointment Slip of any appointment by double-clicking
on the appointment in any schedule.
1. Click Schedule | Pending Appointments….
Displays the Pending Appointments window, shown in Figure 81.

2. Select an appointment, and click .
Displays the Appointment Slip dialog box.
3. Modify any necessary fields or remove Pending from the Location field.
Removes the appointment from the Pending Appointments window.
