Information on Right To Information Version 05.11 9 VDBs fund audited report for previous year to be submitted by BDOs. 10 5% of schemes (if any) to be inspected by DRD Nagaland, Kohima and issue of Banker’s draft for the completed schemes, deposit of Banker’s draft amount against respective VDB accounts, submission of VDBs resolution and approval by Deputy Commissioner and drawal of amount from the VDBs pass book account by V.D.B. 11 Monthly meeting of Project Director DRDA, P.O, D.P.O, A.P.Os and BDOs. 12 Quarterly Meeting of Directorate and all Project Director DRDAs. 13 Half Yearly Departmental meeting of all Officers. To be completed by 31 st May every year. In the month of April and October under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary for review of the last meeting minutes if any, and discussion of other agenda/ topics. Director will fix the date of meeting and send information to all Project Director, DRDAs. N.B: In case, the VDBs failed to implement the Schemes/ Utilise the fund and B.D.O. could not submit the report by 30 th April, no Grant-in-Aid fund will be allotted for the next year to the defaulting VDBs. 84
