Her late husband, Nathaniel C. Smith, was a state senator,
assemblyman and mayor of Ocean aty.
She Is survived by two daughters, Suzanne McDonald of
Palermo and Betty Louise Merder of King of Prussia, Pa.;
and one grandson.
