CHAPTER 7: Acknowledgements<br />
<strong>The</strong> preparation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Nebraska</strong><br />
at <strong>Kearney</strong> <strong>Facilities</strong> <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Plan</strong><br />
2006 – 2015 was a collaborative effort. Many<br />
individuals have contributed their time and<br />
assistance in the study and preparation <strong>of</strong> the<br />
plan. It would be diffi cult to acknowledge all<br />
<strong>of</strong> the individuals who contributed to the plan,<br />
but we wish to extend our sincere appreciation<br />
to the UNK Administration for the continued<br />
interest and attention they have given to the<br />
plan and the process. Special thanks go to<br />
the members <strong>of</strong> the Advisory Committee<br />
and the <strong>Facilities</strong> Management and <strong>Plan</strong>ning<br />
personnel for their leadership in the project.<br />
We also would like to thank the Faculty Senate,<br />
Staff Senate and Student Senate for their<br />
interest and support throughout the planning<br />
process. <strong>The</strong> faculty, staff, students, alumni<br />
and community leaders who participated in<br />
individual meetings, group meetings and<br />
review sessions added valued suggestions for<br />
consideration. We also wish to express our<br />
appreciation for the review and guidance given<br />
by the <strong>University</strong> Offi ce <strong>of</strong> the President as<br />
the plan was developed. Finally, we are most<br />
appreciative for the guidance and expertise<br />
<strong>of</strong>fered by Kevin Clark and the Sinclair Hille<br />
Architects fi rm <strong>of</strong> Lincoln, <strong>Nebraska</strong>. <strong>The</strong><br />
efforts <strong>of</strong> all individuals and organizations who<br />
participated in the planning process make this<br />
