At a minimum, the ERV will be stocked with the following materials:<br />

Fire extinguishers.<br />

Tarps.<br />

Protective clothing.<br />

Gloves.<br />

Shoe covers / boots.<br />

Safety goggles.<br />

Respirators with replaceable cartridges.<br />

Tools (non-sparking).<br />

Shovels.<br />

Clean containers.<br />

Suitable absorbents and sponges for mercury.<br />

Wipes.<br />

Eye droppers.<br />

Stiff cards or cardboard.<br />

Duct tape.<br />

Spill cleanup equipment/materials typically include suitable absorbents (e.g., vermiculite,<br />

clay, sulfur powder, zinc or copper flakes, pads and/or booms).<br />

Specialized mercury vacuum.<br />

Traffic control devices (e.g., pylons, reflectors).<br />

The vehicles transporting the mercury and mercury-bearing materials will also carry spill<br />

response equipment and communication equipment to facilitate prompt attention to spills or<br />

releases. These materials include but are not limited to the following:<br />
