22.13 Closure – 40 CFR 264.178<br />

All containers will be removed from storage and transported off-site during the initial stages of<br />

closure. Upon closure of the proposed TSF, hazardous waste will be removed and managed<br />

appropriately. Procedures for closure are detailed in Section 13 of this permit application.<br />
