TSF’s security personnel prior to accessing any space inside the proposed TSF Building.<br />

Management practices will also require that, for a transport operator to access the proposed<br />

TSF’s plant spaces, express written permission from the proposed TSF’s Manager first be<br />

obtained, and an escort provided.<br />

Authorized visitors to the proposed TSF will also be required to register with the proposed TSF’s<br />

security personnel, and may then be allowed access, under escort, to areas of the property as<br />

necessary for the purposes of their visit.<br />

3.3 Warning Signs – 40 CFR 264.14(c)<br />

Warning signs will be posted at each entrance to the proposed TSF, and on the outer perimeter<br />

fencing at approximately 50-foot intervals such that they may be visible from any approach to<br />

the property. Typical language for warning signs may be as follows: “Danger – Unauthorized<br />

Personnel Keep Out.” The signs will be of sufficient size to be legible from a distance of 25 feet.<br />
