associate recognition Max International honors the top Associate recruiters Jay nickisher of Baton Rouge, LA comes from a long line of salespeople. He grew up in a sales family. His mother worked for Kraft Foods and his dad sold seafood, among other things. Jay currently works in construction but anticipates a time in the near future when he will work his Max International business full-time. Jay has worked in network marketing part-time for the last four years in addition to a construction business he and his wife, Kerri, manage. Max’s fabulous products like MaxGXL, Max WLX and Max N-Fuze are products that are powerful enough that they essentially sell themselves. Combine those great products with hard work, and it would be difficult not to succeed at this business. He feels that in a fairly short time he will be able to start generating a five-figure monthly income and go full-time. Jay’s own experience with MaxGXL is that he feels energized, he thinks more clearly and his memory functions better. He feels it is a product that everyone can benefit from. Because of this, he says he talks to everyone about it. He feels obligated to talk to people, in fact. He knows that if he fails to take every opportunity to do so he may have people come up to him later, after someone else introduces them to Max International, and ask why he didn’t mention it to them sooner. Though Jay wasn’t able to make it to Convention he was busy recruiting some 40 people in the weeks before and after Convention. rodney Bell had never worked in network marketing before Max. He and his wife Evette, are real estate developers. He has been very successful with Max International in a short time because of a clearly defined system that his team has put into place. Effective use of conference calls is the key. Every night from Monday to Thursday they have a training motivation conference call from 7 to 7:30 p.m. They ask the people on the call to immediately find a friend and come back for a national call from 8 to 8:30 p.m., which involves testimonials from people throughout the country. The system doesn’t allow for a second of procrastination and gets people to act when they are still fired up from the last call. It’s a brilliant system that has worked very effectively. It has resulted in them recruiting a huge number of people in a short time. Rodney said they set a goal to go Silver by October and Diamond by January. The first goal has been met and they are working hard to realize the second. They have heard amazing stories from people they have recruited, many of whom were suffering from longstanding conditions that they found no relief from until MaxGXL. Rodney said he has felt more mental acuity than he has for some time and his memory has improved considerably. They are going on a road trip to Nashville where they have a goal of recruiting 12 people while they are there. Setting clearly defined goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them has worked well for them. Max International Associate Rising Stars! 7
