associate recognition 10 and discovered that low glutathione levels accounts for many of the ailments that people experience and that by extension increasing glutathione promotes good health like few things can. Debbie has worked in the auto industry for about fifteen years. In the last year, the economy has put a huge crimp in what had been a fairly lucrative career that helped her support her children. She was at the point of needing a career change and was thinking seriously about going back to school to pursue a career in medicine. She had been praying for guidance about which direction her career should take. She knew she had to make enough money to support her family and she wanted a career where she could help people, which is why she was considering a career in medicine. After finding Max International, Debbie feels she doesn’t have to look any further career-wise, because it allows her to fulfill all of her dreams in a way that not even medicine would have provided. Debbie is thrilled that she has been able to introduce Max International and its products to diverse medical professionals from physicians to vets. Debbie said the company, the products and her team are all awesome. She couldn’t hope for anything better. “I am proud to be a part of it all.” Ken Hightower, like many other Max Associates, found Convention to be an extremely motivating experience. The primary thing he walked away with was a determination to build up the local market in Arizona. “I want Arizona to be one of the top five Max markets at next year’s Convention,” he vowed. Ken said he talked to Fred Ninow at the Convention and was very pleased with the encouragement he received from him. There is huge growth potential in Arizona and Ken would like to start sponsoring events like golf tournaments to get things going in the area. He was pleased to have the full support of the Founders in building Arizona into a hub in the company. Ken also left Convention with a determination to work his circle of influence and take every opportunity to let people know of his affiliation with Max International. In an effort to do, so he got a Max wrap for his car and personalized his license plate to say Max WLX (MaxGXL was already taken). He feels that when Max International begins to be marketed on TV in the future, the more people who know of his involvement in the company the more likely they are to approach him when they hear about it. Ken plans to work the business the same way he has in the past by generating leads over the Internet and recruiting as many Preferred Customers as he can, but going to Convention helped him expand his vision. He wants Max to be more central to his lifestyle and the image he projects. He wants to recruit Associates regularly and find team players that will help him build the business. He feels that events like Convention are vital to the success of Associates. He said, “I encourage people to attend these events because Associates will learn things there that they won’t learn anywhere else.” Max International Associate Rising Stars!
