Top revenue recruiters randy Bartlome said that his success at Max has been all about passion, positive attitude and keeping it simple. Finding a product and company you believe in and can be passionate about is key. Randy had plenty going against him when he started at Max International but passion is the one thing he’s always had on his side, and it’s enough to build a thriving business on. “You can flap your gums all day speaking from your head and get nowhere with people. But the second you speak from your heart it shows through,” Randy said. Before coming to Max, Randy was at a point in his career where change was essential. He was three payments behind on his mortgage and not sure where the next one would come from. One day he spent some extra time on his knees praying. The next day his friend Ricky Brandino gave him a call and told him about Max. The rest is history. Randy met with the founders and executives. He said when Steve Scott first walked in the room he could feel his energy and passion and knew in short order that his 20 years of chasing rainbows in network marketing was over. The other founders and executives were equally impressive. He said his upline is the best he’s had, or heard of, in his two decades in the industry. “I wouldn’t trade a single one of them. My team has every piece of the puzzle. The only thing missing is you (the new recruit)!” Randy said Max has the best compensation plan he’s seen. Teamwork is vital.” Using the tools available, keeping it simple and staying positive are the ways to success. If you use the tools the way they’re meant to be used, they will do a lot of the work for you. “If the masses can’t duplicate what you’re doing, you’re making it too complicated,” he said. “You can’t drive a nail with a saw.” When combined with a positive attitude you can’t go wrong. “If you believe you can, you will. If you’re convinced you can’t, you’re right. Positive thoughts produce positive action.” Virginia Cartagenas is from the Philippines and used to be apprehensive about talking to people in the U.S. about network marketing, but having a product she firmly believes in is good medicine for overcoming shyness. She believes so strongly in the company and MaxGXL that she feels it is her responsibility to share it with people. She said the $49 fee to get started in the company is nothing when you consider the returns. She is often approached by people she has recruited and they thank her for introducing them to Max International and MaxGXL. She said she will do anything it takes to get people to take the product and stay on it. Occasionally she will meet someone who doesn’t experience immediate results. She will encourage them to stay on it for at least three months. She said a lot of people do experience a change immediately, while for others it may take time.
