Brad Hults was already a successful businessman before getting involved with Max International. He said he is so comfortable recruiting people it’s almost second nature to him, yet he doesn’t really need the money that results from his efforts. He said he had sworn off Network Marketing after some bad experiences in the past. It took having a product like MaxGXL to get him involved in it again. His own experience, recovering from a years-long injury, and watching his dad, who suffered from major health problems, suddenly able to do yard work free of pain, has sold him on the product. His need to share it with others grows out of that. His primary motivation is not money, yet as a businessman it is always a factor. His success as a recruiter has been something of a roller-coaster ride so far, he said. He had no problem recruiting a lot of people in a very short period, but now he is more concerned with helping those people succeed and stay motivated in sharing it with others.
