When Marlene looked at the photos from Costa Rica she realized she had let her weight get out of control.
When Max WLX came on the market she ordered it right away. She was very skeptical about what it would
do for her, but taking two pills before eating twice a day seemed easy enough, so she started taking it.
About six weeks after starting on it she noticed a difference in the way her clothes fit. Within six months
she had lost 45 pounds and went from a size 20 to a size 12, which is two sizes below what she wore in
high school.
Marlene said Max WLX has helped to curb her appetite and she eats smaller portions. She eats on smaller
plates to avoid the temptation of putting too much food in front of her and is full by the time it’s empty.
Marlene has also become more active. She walks her dogs every day, goes to a workout class twice a
week and works out on her treadmill every night. She said she also avoids eating after 8 p.m. Certainly the
increased activity helps to keep the pounds off, but she is confident that Max WLX is helping because her
belly fat is virtually gone and that is where she stored a lot of her fat.
In February, she put before and after photos on her bulletin board at work. She works at as a dental
assistant at a psychiatric hospital. She started recruiting people without really trying. Well over 200 people
have approached her to ask her what she is doing and a number of those people have signed up as
Preferred Customers. She has also started recruiting Associates. “Since I work in a hospital setting there
are many people who have seen the before and after photos and ordered it for themselves,” Marlene said.
“Like it or not my business has taken off. I may have to retire soon just to keep up with all the calls from
people who see the difference Max has made in my life.”
Marlene injured her knee in Costa Rica in December of 2007. She was scheduled for surgery but when
she went to see her surgeon last month to book a date for the surgery, he was shocked to see how much
weight she had lost. He also said the knee had improved to the point that they didn’t need to operate.
“My doctor may have lost a patient, but I gained a new life,” Marlene said.
Since then she has also started taking MaxGXL and has felt a boost in her energy. Marlene’s son, Brent,
had great results with MaxGXL as well and has experienced a turnaround in his health since starting on
the product.
Ruth and Dr. Herb Wiskind are retired medical professionals who felt
compelled to come out of retirement because of Max International. Their
good friend the Jelsomenos told them about Max last December and gave
them product just before they went on a vacation to Australia and New
Zealand.
