associate recognition Max International honors the Top Associate Recruiters Steve Scott contacted his friend and colleague, Andy Barrick, back in January of 2007 to tell him about a company he was helping to form. Andy had worked with Steve, Fred and Greg on distributing software to protect children from predators and pornography. This was just after Andy and his family had been involved in a horrific car accident, and it was the wrong time to think about getting involved with any kind of business opportunity. Steve contacted Andy again at the last part of 2008. This time Andy and his family were more than willing to hear about Max International. His family started taking Max products shortly after talking to Steve. Andy said MaxGXL and Max N-Fuze have been a godsend. His daughter, who was still recovering, reported feeling much more energy and was able to function at a much higher level. Andy also felt an energy boost and has started running again, which he hadn’t been able to do since the accident. Andy feels it is gratifying to see the many ways Max International can touch peoples’ lives. Not only can it help improve the quality of life through better health but it is an exciting business opportunity during a time that is economically difficult for many people. He experienced employment and health issues for some time and can empathize with those who may be struggling in both areas. When telling people about Max International he breaks it down into five areas, the company, the products, the compensation plan, timing and support. Andy said that while he will recruit anyone and is perfectly willing to sign up Preferred Customers, he focuses on individuals who want to partner with him and build a Max International business. He hopes to introduce Max to as many people as he can. Eduardo Agoto is a structural engineer who was born and raised in the Philippines. He moved to Edmonton, Alberta in 1965. Eduardo had an opportunity to go to Ghana, Africa to be an engineer but his brother discouraged him, saying he should try for the Edmonton job, which he did. He’s glad he did because he fell in love with Canada and ended up making Edmonton his home. Eduardo heard about Max International through his family during a reuinon. Some members of his family who have struggled with lifelong health problems were having such incredible results on Max products that it was impossible for Eduardo to ignore. His niece has been in a state of constant and slow recovery after a traumatic event. Eduardo said when he saw her she seemed like a different person. After giving a sample to someone he will direct them to the website and encourage them to learn as much as they can. This has resulted in him signing a number of recruits under him, simply by sharing information about something he believes in. Drs. Heidi and Joe Reitano are optometrists with a practice in their home city of Chandler, Arizona. They heard about Max International through a good friend in their neighborhood named Lalena Christopherson. Heidi and Joe had no network marketing experience and they are doing well enough professionally that money wasn’t an issue. They weren’t really looking for more to do in their already busy lives. But when they started taking MaxGXL their health was noticeably affected and physical problems they had been dealing with were mostly gone.
