bottle of liquor in the females’<br />
vehicle.<br />

said the $2,500 item was<br />

and radiator at $500.<br />

11, arresting Carla Lee<br />
Myers of Pumpkin Hollow<br />
Road, Sweetwater for<br />
public intoxication after<br />
stopping a weaving car on<br />
Community Drive in<br />
which Myers was a passenger<br />
and once out of the vehicle<br />
tried to walk away<br />
from responding officers.<br />

Richeson said she was dispatched<br />
to Mecca Pike on<br />
May 11 to look into a report<br />
of theft by a homeowner<br />
who said thieves<br />
took a 1988 Subaru and a<br />
1988 Dodge Colt, collectively<br />
worth $2,600.<br />
Taken as well from the victim’s<br />
property were a $150<br />
kerosene heater, a $100<br />
battery, and a $100 mini<br />
bike frame.<br />

8:30 p.m., a little over<br />
seven hours after he issued<br />
Harris an early afternoon<br />
citation for driving on suspended<br />
license, citing him<br />
only and warning him<br />
about driving without a<br />
valid license.<br />
During the second stop,<br />
a search of Harris turned<br />
up several unknown pills,<br />
Graves said, including pills<br />
in a container in Harris’<br />
beanie cap. Other pills<br />
came from Harris’ pants<br />
pocket and from a container<br />
with another name<br />
on it, not Harris.<br />
Graves said the pills<br />
were an assortment of<br />
types of oxycodone and alprazolam,<br />
all of which<br />
were placed in evidence<br />
for testing at the TBI<br />
crime lab.<br />
