Utmost care has been taken to prepare the data relating to preferences for allocation to various cadres given by each candidate from the records available in their UPSC examination dossier received from DOPT. 18. Kind approval of Union Home Minister is solicited to the cadre allocation to the candidates appointed in the Indian Police Service on the basis of CSE-2010 as mentioned in Para 16 of the note above.
