The registration fee includes a
non-refundable administrative
charge of $30.00. Please note

Social Hour will be held on Friday, September
17th. The meeting registration fee includes
the participant and one guest. Additional
guests are welcome for a fee of $10.00 each
(children are free).

Areas and policies of the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education through the
joint sponsorship of The University of Utah School of
Medicine and Intermountain Dermatology Society. The

opportunities.
