To use toolbar to create:
Click on the icon on the toolbar.

To use New Diagram dialog box to create:
1. Select File > New > File.... The New File dialog box is displayed.

2. Then, select the category and select a diagram type in the category. You should also specify a diagram name. You may also
specify the type of documentation.
