home of Sister BeVier, composed of herself, her son and daughter, both grown, and a young lady,
"The Pentecostal Churches of America have four organizations in Brooklyn. These are: The Utica
Avenue, Rev. C. Howard Davis, pastor; the John Wesley, Rev. W. H. Hoople, pastor; Bedford
Avenue Church, Rev. G. E. Noble, pastor, and People's Church, Rev. W. H. Raymond, pastor.
"The Utica Avenue Church has a good church building, fairly commodious. It is here that the
Pentecostal Churches of America, to meet as one body, at the First Church of the Nazarene of
Chicago, Ill., October 10,1907, at 9 a. m.
"P. F. BRESEE, Gen. Supt.,
Church of the Nazarene.
"J. H. NORRIS, Moderator,
Assn. of Pentecostal Churches of America."
In the same issue appeared a long account by Dr. Bresee of the proceedings at Brooklyn, from
which I quote:
Preparation For The Wedding
"With us and the people whom we came to see, the interest has centered in the Annual Meeting
of the Pentecostal Churches of America. The meeting is quite well attended by pastors, delegates,
