POWHATAN COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION<br />
The Planning Commission of Powhatan County will conduct a public hearing<br />
on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at 7:00 PM in the Powhatan County High School<br />
Auditorium, 1800 Judes Ferry Road, to consider the following requests:<br />
REZONING REQUEST<br />
12-02-REZC, Luck Development Partners/Luck Stone Development<br />
(District 1, Subletts/Manakin Precinct) request the rezoning of 14.57<br />
acres of a combined total of 19.53 acres, from R-C Residential-Commercial,<br />
A-1 Agricultural, and M Mining to C Commercial with Conditions. The<br />
purpose of the request is for a Commercial Center. The 2010 Long-Range<br />
Comprehensive Plan designates the subject property as Commerce Center<br />
