and Tobago, and St. Vincent<br />
before arriving in Jamaica as<br />
a Category Five storm with<br />
winds <strong>of</strong> 160 mph (260 kph).<br />
Jamaica suffered 15 deaths,<br />
and 8,000 people were left in<br />
shelters.<br />
