MONITORING
1. Meeting of Minister In-charge of District
- Held on 04-06-2008
2. Setting of Flood Management District Control Room
- Operational 24 X 7 at All Level from 15-06-2008
- District have divided into 21 Flood Zone under
the charge of 01 senior district level officer.
- 21 static Animal Medical team in addition with
Mobile team.
- Each relief Shelter under the supervision of Block
level Supervisor.
3. Constraints: Bisfi, Madhepur & Khoutona Exe. Eng. RWD, Benipatti is not able
to conclude the work.

OTHER ISSUES
1. Compensation for deaths during last year floods
- 89 Deaths
2. Communication Plan ( Wireless & Mobile )
- Allotment Required 44 Lakhs in Ex-Gratia Head
- Planned
- District Telecom Officer Instructed for Immediate
restoration.
