9.8.1.2. Any data that would make identification of specific individuals possible will be contained<br />

in an attachment to the report.<br />

9.8.1.3. This report shall include the following as a minimum:<br />

9.8.1.3.1. Zero average (all results), non-zero average (only non-zero results), and maximum<br />

annual TEDE dose for all occupational codes. Codes associated with NRC or radioactive<br />

material-related activities should be denoted for ease of reference. Results should be presented<br />

in a bar-chart format and compared to previous year and previous 5 years.<br />

9.8.1.3.2. Zero average, non-zero average and maximum annual CEDE dose for all occupational<br />

codes. Results should be presented in bar-chart format and compared to previous year<br />

and previous 5 years. Codes associated with NRC or radioactive material-related activities<br />

should be denoted for ease of reference.<br />

9.8.2. Special Summary Reports. IERA/SDRD will prepare additional special summary reports of<br />

<strong>dosime</strong>try results upon request of <strong>AF</strong>MOA/SGOR. These reports may contain more detailed information<br />

than is contained in the Annual Personnel Radiation Exposure Summary. Any data that would<br />

make identification of specific individuals possible will be separated as an attachment to the main<br />

body of the report.
