acti<strong>on</strong>s (44,94%) have “spatial” c<strong>on</strong>tents. Totally <strong>in</strong> Balçova settlement, 625 cases are<br />
<strong>in</strong> “spatial” and 131 cases are <strong>in</strong> “o<strong>the</strong>rs” categories through all adm<strong>in</strong>istrative and<br />
juridical acti<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
In Narlıdere settlement, 82 <strong>of</strong> juridical acti<strong>on</strong>s (6,75%) have “o<strong>the</strong>rs” and 112<br />
juridical acti<strong>on</strong>s (9,22%) have “spatial” c<strong>on</strong>tents; 29 <strong>of</strong> adm<strong>in</strong>istrative acti<strong>on</strong>s (2,39%)<br />
have “o<strong>the</strong>rs” and 228 adm<strong>in</strong>istrative acti<strong>on</strong>s (18,77%) have “spatial” c<strong>on</strong>tents.<br />
Fur<strong>the</strong>rmore, 8 more acti<strong>on</strong>s exist <strong>in</strong> “o<strong>the</strong>rs” category. In Narlıdere settlement, 340<br />
acti<strong>on</strong>s (27,99%) have “spatial” subjects and 119 acti<strong>on</strong>s (9,8%) have “o<strong>the</strong>r” subjects<br />
through 459 adm<strong>in</strong>istrative and juridical acti<strong>on</strong>s <strong>in</strong> total.<br />
Exam<strong>in</strong>ati<strong>on</strong> <strong>in</strong> distributi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> acti<strong>on</strong> subjects <strong>in</strong>dicates <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>tensity <strong>of</strong> acti<strong>on</strong>s<br />
regard<strong>in</strong>g space through all adm<strong>in</strong>istrative and juridical acti<strong>on</strong>s. These results <strong>in</strong> both<br />
two settlements, which are <strong>in</strong>dicators <strong>of</strong> spatial disputes <strong>in</strong> urban space and demands <strong>of</strong><br />
right <strong>on</strong> urban space, state that urban procedures/arrangements applied by related<br />
municipality and committee <strong>of</strong> protecti<strong>on</strong> are not c<strong>on</strong>sidered as fair and also state <strong>the</strong><br />
amendment demands <strong>in</strong> procedures d<strong>on</strong>e by judicial c<strong>on</strong>trol.<br />
