He has a Masters Degree in Terotechnology (Maintenance Management) and has held several positions as Maintenance Engineer in the UK and other overseas nations. He is the author of four texts on maintenance management. Len has conducted maintenance management courses for all levels of maintenance staff from trades personnel to executive management.
