In Figure 10-2, the five options shown all provide 1:1 subscriber redundancy. Option 1 is used for
clusters supporting fewer than 50 Unified CCE agents. Options 2 through 5 illustrate increasingly larger
clusters. The exact number of servers will depend on the hardware platforms chosen or required, as
determined by the Cisco Unified CallManager Capacity Tool.
