Sizing Outbound Call <strong>Center</strong> Agents, IVR Ports, Dialer Ports, and Gateways or Trunks<br />

announcement must be present to handle the call in lieu of an agent. These additional IVR ports are also<br />

calculated using this outbound calculator. In countries where no IVR or message announcement is<br />

provided, the user can ignore this output (see IVR message in Figure 8-6).<br />
