This chapter discussed the <strong>QoS</strong> requirements of routers performing the role of a WAN aggregator.<br />

Specifically, it addressed the need for queuing policies on the WAN edges, combined with shaping<br />

policies when NBMA media (such as Frame Relay or ATM) are being used, and link-specific policies,<br />

such as LFI/FRF.12 and cRTP, for slow-speed (£ 768 kbps) links.<br />
