The opening panel with Cecilia Estolano, Green for All; Bob Hertzberg, G24 Innovations; James Finlay, Wells Fargo RETECHS;<br />

Romel Pascual, Office of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa; and Kelly Boyer, US Department of Housing and <strong>Urban</strong> Development,<br />

discussed perspectives on sustainability for climate change.<br />

In 2010, FutureBuild LA served as <strong>ULI</strong> <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong>’ annual green conference aimed<br />

at bringing together developers, financiers, builders, law professionals, policy<br />

makers, planners, politicians, product innovators, building owners and operators,<br />

utilities, and other land use and real estate professionals, to explore sustainability<br />

from concept to execution. Through a series of panel discussions, workshops, case<br />

studies, seminars and roundtables, the event created a dynamic forum and fostered<br />

dialogue allowing participants to explore green and sustainable development<br />

strategies.<br />
