ULI Los Angeles offers programs that will give you a bird’s-eye
view of what lies ahead in the real estate industry, where you
need to be to stay competitive, and how to prosper in the world
of development. In 2010, program topics ranged from capital
markets, distressed properties, entitling projects, housing trends,
site tours and more.

Case Studies
and Site Tours
ULI Los Angeles held numerous case studies this year highlighting
unique projects and best practices. Guests heard from the project
team and community leaders on what it took to be successful and
toured the site. This year sites included:
