Remuneration paid to management for 2012 came to € 3.1 million (previous year:
€ 4.5 million), thereof performance-dependent € 2.2 million (previous year: € 3.6 million).
Compensation paid to members of the Supervisory Board for 2012 came to € 0.8 million
(previous year: € 0.9 million). The total remuneration of the shareholder committee totaled
€ 0.1 million (previous year: € 0.1 million). In the financial year 2012, former members
of management or their surviving dependents received € 0.9 million (previous year:
€ 0.9 million). At the balance sheet date, provisions totaling €13.9 million (previous year:
€12.6 million) had been formed for current pensions and vested entitlements to pensions
payable to these persons.
