Wei Liucheng (卫留成)
Elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hainan
Provincial People’s Congress at the 5th meeting of the 3rd Hainan
PPC on 9 February 2007. (RMRB, 10 Feb 07) He was appointed
secretary of the CCP Hainan Provincial Committee last December.
