In general business as well as demanding healthcare,
legal and educational applications, the bizhub 215
provides high-resolution 600 x 600 dpi monochrome
prints and copies of B&W or color originals.
A robust monthly duty cycle of 15,000 pages can handle
the busiest workloads. Fast warm-up time of 15 seconds
and first-copy output in 6.5 seconds never keep you
waiting. And color scanning makes it easy to digitize
documents for electronic transmission and archiving.
You’ll have standard paper capacity of 250 sheets on a
paper cassette that accommodates sizes up to 11" x 17"
for 2-page spreads and oversized charts, small posters
and graphics. The easy-to-read LCD panel features an
animated help guide, intuitive icons and simple graphics
to make every user more productive – even first-time
operators or temporary employees.

In stand-alone configuration, the bizhub 215 is a powerful
document solution. When you add modular options to
fit your workflow, your output power keeps growing. For
increased productivity, you can add a reversing auto
document feed option that handles up to 11" x 17" pages.
And the optional duplex unit lets you output two-sided
prints and copies at full rated engine speed.
An optional PCL controller with NIC gives you desktop
control over printing and scanning. You can scan
documents in both color and B&W, scan files to FTP
and SMB, scan direct to USB for storing files on portable
memory stick devices, and perform network TWAIN
scanning – all to digitize and share information with
workgroups, collaborators, vendors and branch locations.
Up to four 250-sheet drawers and a 100-sheet bypass
tray raise your maximum paper capacity to 1,350 sheets,
for long print/copy runs without reloading. For all-in-one
productivity, you can add a Super G3 fax kit with advanced
transmission/reception features and PC network fax
capability. An optional control panel extension gives you
dedicated fax, scan and copy controls to speed your work.
Networkable connection to software.
With the bizhub 215, you can access Konica Minolta’s
PageScope ® Net Care Device Manager* – a convenient
solution for managing your print/copy/scan output
with minimum effort. Instant status updates, counter
readings and system status of connected MFPs can be
easily recalled via your network, enabling you to manage
multiple MFPs with “point and print” simplicity.

Konica Minolta’s exclusive Simitri HD toner uses smaller,
more uniform particles to improve fine detail for highresolution
graphics and more legible text. Simitri toner
also provides another essential advantage: biomass
plant-based materials that reduce environmental impact.
And our efficient toner recycling system features an
internal “toner loop” that recycles and reuses toner
particles that haven’t been transferred to paper, reducing
toner waste to zero compared to typical toner waste of
5% to 10% in conventional printer/copiers.
Simitri toner bottles use up to 40% recycled plastic,
helping reduce consumption of petroleum-based
resources. Our Clean Planet program provides cost-free
recycling for all your Konica Minolta consumables
including toner cartridges and bottles, imaging units,
developer and drums. And overall improvements in the
operating efficiency of the bizhub 215 have dramatically
reduced total energy consumption – meeting Energy Star
requirements and continuing our industry leadership in
environmental programs.
