HIPAA Compliance:
FaxPress provides a centralized communications hub for all
faxes sent through Konica Minolta bizhub MFPs and internal
applications to protect health information in a tamper resistant
and secure transmission standard. With inbound routing, access
to sensitive health information is restricted, and with the
embedded fax archive FaxPress improves health information
tracking and storage.

ordering physician.

FaxPress Models
FaxPress Desktop Edition:
FaxPress helps medical offices and healthcare organizations
improve document processes, deliver fax information more quickly,
and enhance communications efficiency—all while reducing costs
and supporting compliancy and regulatory measures. FaxPress
allows the faxing of hardcopy documents from a networked bizhub
MFP or faxing from the desktop resulting in secure document
transmission. FaxPress can also provide bizhub walk-up faxing
with destination, billing codes and notification options to help
staff members track delivery status at their desktops or print
notifications at the MFP. The Desktop edition is available in a
two or four analog phone line editions that are designed to be
installed either freestanding environment.
FaxPress Premier Edition:
Provides all of the features found in the Desktop Edition plus
unmatched scalability for the growing organization. Premier Edition
is available in 4, 8, 12, or 16 analog line versions. Upgrade kits
allow more lines to be added as needed (up to 16 lines total) and
Premier can be easily configured for load sharing with other Fax
Appliance servers. The optional Premier Redundancy Kit, adds
hot swappable redundant hardware components which provides
increased reliability for business-critical faxing.
FaxPress Enterprise Edition:
Provides all of the features found in the Desktop Edition plus
an all-in-one redundant fax solution for digital T1, E1 or ISDN
environments. Hot swappable redundant hardware components
provide increased reliability for business-critical faxing. Its server
class hardware closely monitors the system, sending notification
to the administrator in the event of a failure.

FaxPress allows the faxing of hardcopy documents from
networked bizhub MFPs resulting in secure document
transmission. FaxPress can also provide bizhub walk-up
faxing with destination, billing codes and notification
options — right from the bizhub’s control panel. This

or print notifications at the MFP.
