<strong>The</strong> <strong>Aramaic</strong> MSS kept <strong>in</strong> this <strong>in</strong>stitute can be consulted <strong>in</strong> three ways:<br />

(a) by tak<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> hand each one of the microfilms kept <strong>in</strong> the National<br />

and University Library, Givat Ram, Hebrew University (Jerusalem);<br />

(b) by consult<strong>in</strong>g the three volumes published by the same <strong>in</strong>stitute by<br />

N. Allony, D.S. Loew<strong>in</strong>ger and E.F. Kupfer (1957-1968), which is<br />

updated; (c) by consult<strong>in</strong>g the microfiche catalogue.<br />

What follows is a general view of this collection, as shown by the<br />

three above-mentioned researchers.<br />
