We do not vote, avoid<strong>in</strong>g me-aga<strong>in</strong>st-you syndromes, rather discuss<br />
our way to agreement on a consensus basis. We strive to implement<br />
ecological ideas based on susta<strong>in</strong>able development; we endeavour to<br />
create a holistic lifestyle, meet<strong>in</strong>g people's needs harmoniously without<br />
jeopardis<strong>in</strong>g future generations and nature as well.<br />
We get a lot <strong>of</strong> enquiries from <strong>in</strong>dividuals, groups and <strong>in</strong>stitutions who<br />
want to know more about our life and ideas at Svanholm. (Unfortunately<br />
we don't have any positive experience with try<strong>in</strong>g to get a stay<strong>in</strong>g<br />
and work<strong>in</strong>g permit for potential guest from non-<strong>Europe</strong>an Union countries,<br />
so we had to give up. We're truly sorry.) We like to meet these<br />
requests as far as possible, both by show<strong>in</strong>g visitors around, and by<br />
go<strong>in</strong>g out to give lectures. We also sell a booklet, „Self-Government at<br />
Svanholm". All enquiries should be <strong>in</strong> writ<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
