So far we have erected 6 houses,<br />
one be<strong>in</strong>g a 10 bed guest house.<br />
We are 10 full-time <strong>in</strong>habitants, 3<br />
build<strong>in</strong>gs be<strong>in</strong>g dwell<strong>in</strong>gs. The<br />
houses are build on the basis <strong>of</strong> a<br />
"social standard" to enable everyone<br />
to jo<strong>in</strong>. Each person has is<br />
own source <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>come and life<br />
style. Some have bought the "village<br />
shares" for the house there are<br />
<strong>in</strong>, others have a rent<strong>in</strong>g-buy<strong>in</strong>g<br />
contract. Some people simply<br />
want to support the project and<br />
take "earth shares" to be part <strong>of</strong><br />
the nature reserve protection.<br />
Others want to support people and take ..support shares that enable us<br />
to build. A low <strong>in</strong>terest is given on the amount that is repaid with<strong>in</strong> 10<br />
or 15 years (+/- 5%). So far more than 90 people are part <strong>of</strong> the coop.<br />
The village and the nature reserve is open to visitors every 4th Sunday<br />
afternoon and every Thursday at noontime. Please, phone before<br />
