of the said motorcar, the door on the driver’s side was left ajar.
[16] SP15 coaxed the driver of the Proton GEN-2 to calm down and
told him that his motorcar was detained based on information received. At
that time SP15 also saw another male person was seated on the front left
passenger’s side. When SP15 peeped in, he saw that the front left
passenger was shivering and both hands sustained minor injuries. When
asked, the front left passenger just kept quiet and the driver of the Proton
GEN-2 explained that the passenger was an aborigine and was not able to
understand what SP15 had said. SP15 directed Sergeant Major Sulaiman
to get the passenger of the Proton GEN-2 out of the said motorcar.
