10.10.2007. Exhibit “P9” was worded as follows (see pages 44 to 45 of the
appeal record at Jilid 2):

History:
The patient was shot with a gun, over the left shoulder at 3.00 pm
and presented with symptom of pain.
Physical Examination:
There was an entry wound over the left (anterior) shoulder
measuring 2x2cm and exit wound over the posterior shoulder 1x1cm.
Summary of investigations:
Chest X-ray – foreign body at 9th intercostal space
CT Abdomen / Thorax – contusion over left lung
Final Diagnosis:
Alleged gunshot wound over the left shoulder region.
Treatment:
Exploration of the wound and removal of bullet done on 10/10/2007.
Drugs and other medicaments prescribed to patient:
IV Unasyn 1.5g tds
IV Tramal 50mg tds
Progress of patient while under the care of the doctor including
follow up:
TCA in 3/12 to SOPD.”
[9] In due course, SP9 and SP10 identified the jewelleries P13, P15,
P16, P17, P18, P19, P20 and P21 (“A” to “J”) that were robbed from the
showcase of their goldsmith’s shop.
