Figures 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 provide a comparison of the -ray spectrum at 15<br />

degree for the various targets bombarded by 18 MeV protons with calculated results by<br />

MCNPX. The calculation result generally well reproduces the measured energy spectra except<br />

for the some peaks shown in the measured results.<br />
