I am taking with me pleasant<br />
memories of my brief contact with<br />
the leaders of Malaya, particularly<br />
the Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul<br />
Rahman. His able statesmanship,<br />
tolerance and capacity to inspire<br />
confidence in others has done much<br />
to unite people of different religions<br />
and cultures into a single nation<br />
with forward looking and progressive<br />
ideas.<br />
