Mass form, all masses must be <strong>in</strong> writ<strong>in</strong>g on full<br />
sheet of paper. If person is deceased -put a cross<br />
by the name. The only dates not open are Father’s<br />
& Mother’s day, those days we will have special<br />
envelopes.<br />
