UNIDO partners with private corporations to respond to the need to align<br />
business, CSR and development objectives. UNIDO PPP actions cover sustainable<br />
supplier development, joint capacity building and employment<br />
schemes with private sector companies, implementation of the Green Industry<br />
Platform and provision of primary data and analysis on investment through the<br />
Investment Monitoring Platform. With the support of EU, UNIDO has developed<br />
an online Investment Monitoring Platform, which offers participating government<br />
authorities, private sector associations, financial institutions, development<br />
organisations, CSOs and private sector companies access to the most recent<br />
primary data and analysis on investment. Firm-level investment data, collected<br />
through large-scale investor surveys conducted by UNIDO, constitutes the<br />
backbone of this platform and it allows registered users to carry out primary<br />
research.<br />
